The 7th Rail & Metro Technology Conclave & Expo 2026, held from 22–24 July 2026 at Hall
No. 11, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, brought together railway professionals, metro
authorities, OEMs, technology providers, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the
future of rail transportation. The three-day event featured keynote sessions, technical
presentations, panel discussions, and technology showcases focused on railway
modernization, innovation, and sustainability.
A major highlight of the conclave was the emphasis on AI-driven predictive maintenance,
digital transformation, IoT-enabled infrastructure, condition monitoring, cybersecurity,
and smart mobility solutions. Discussions also focused on strengthening India’s railway
manufacturing ecosystem through indigenous innovation, advanced rolling stock
development, and Industry 4.0 technologies to support the nation’s vision for a future-ready
railway network.
